Shipping costs are determined by the weight and dimensions of the box of your order. Cost is determined by UPS but we constantly negotiate our rates with them and extend those discounts to you.

Orders are shipped the same day or within 24 hours on regular business days. Orders made on holidays or non-working days will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING ORDERS WITHIN THE U.S.

· Wholesale orders within the U.S. are shipped only using UPS.

· The cost of shipping is determined by the weight of the package, and by how fast you wish your order will be delivered.

· For CYSM Wholesalers, we also offer an in-store "Pick-Up" method. You just place your order online, by phone, in the store or the app, and then you can pay and/or pick up your order in store.

SHIPPING ORDERS OUTSIDE THE U.S.

(INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING)

· Orders from outside de U.S. are shipped with UPS, as selected by the customer.

· The cost of shipping is determined by the weight of the package.

· International orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

· Paypal may take up to 5 days after the order is placed to confirm the transaction.

· The 24 hours will start after the payment is confirmed.

· Custom fees and import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiving party.

All orders shipped with UPS include tracking for both national and international shipments.

Order shipped with USPS may or may not include tracking depending on the service selected at checkout.

Tracking information will be sent via e-mail at the end of the shipping date.

When dealing with a lost package, we will help the customer with their claim to UPS.

In the event that we are able to determine that the package was not delivered, or delivered incorrectly, we will be in contact with you to asses the situation and take appropriate measures.
